Hazara Association of Canterbury Incorporated

To help and provide support for the Hazara community members in assimilating into New Zealand in a planned and efficient way. To promote better communication and understanding between the Association and the Government and its various departments, local authorities, other groups and individuals for the benefit of the Association Members. To promote and encourage the community members to keep the values of their culture, faith and practice and incorporate them in their daily lives and include religious programmes and cultural celebrations. Carry out activities consistent with the charitable purposes of the Association. The objectives cannot include furthering or attaining any objectives outside New Zealand. No Member of the Association may derive any personal pecuniary gain from member of the Association.
