Hataitai Community Recreation Trust

The Trust Fund shall be held for the use and enjoyment of the residents and community of Hataitai. The Trust Fund shall be held and administered: (a) To promote, foster and safeguard the games of lawn bowls, petanque and other sports and passtimes; (b) Provide indoor and outdoor facilities for, and to generally assist, promote and advance cultural activities, sporting and recreational passtimes, games and community projects. (clause 2.6 of the Hataitai Community Recreation Trust Deed dated 30 October 2012).
