4.1 The purpose of the Trust is to be beneficial to the community, as follows: Primary Purposes (a) to apply the Fund to support individuals under the age of 18 years who cannot participate in activities along with their peers because they are socially disadvantaged with preference to be given to those that are members of the Scout Association of New Zealand; and (b) to do all such other acts and things as are incidental to or will further the attainment of clause 4.1(a) the Primary Purposes
