Grow Paparoa Incorporated

Grow Paparoa Inc primary aim is to serve the community by providing a community garden, produce from this supplies two food banks, a Pataka and any family in the district who has a need for vegetables and fruit. Grow Paparoa Inc also holds workshops with the view to empower local community members to grow their own fruit an vegetables. Grow Paparoa Inc has a drop in centre for those in the community who have a need to meet people and make connections in a friendly non judgemental environment. From time to time woman and youth work their community service hours helping in the gardens, which has proved to have a positive outcome with most often the attendees finding employment.
