To the relief and benefit of any current or former members of the Wellington Police District, who require relief for medical treatment or healthcare costs, where such costs are not publicly funded or are not provided by private insurance providers. To the relief and benefit of any current and former members of the Wellington Police District who require relief from poverty, by providing financial assistance for their general care and welfare.
