Vision: The vision of the Trust is: Nourishing our community, whilst minimising food waste. Mission: Our mission is to re-direct as much nourishment as possible from waste to table. Purpose: Facilitating the rescue of surplus food and redirecting that local food abundance to those experiencing need within our community; Minimising local edible food waste; being the connection between food donors and approved recipients who will redistribute the rescued food to those experiencing food scarcity.
