Promoting inclusion and support for the transgender community including through providing a searchable database of: (i) inclusive employers that enable people within the transgender community to easily review public policies, values, benefits and beliefs aligned in support of this community; and (ii) inclusive health professionals (such as general practitioners, healthcare providers, counsellors, therapists, psychiatrists) who provide gender affirming healthcare services. Promoting learning and awareness about the transgender community including through providing education to workplaces wishing to implement a gender affirmation policy and improve their inclusion of gender minorities. Partnering with Māori as tangata whenua in Aotearoa New Zealand and Indigenous peoples of Moana Oceania to develop gender affirming support specific for Takatāpui and MVPFAFF+ peoples.
