Facilitate the improvement, and upgrading, of the Waipu Golf Course and its facilities, walkways, waterways, and irrigation of the course; Removal of exotic tree species and replanting with native flora, eradication of Koi Carp from the lakes on the course, and rabbits infiltrating the course from neighbouring properties, and protection of birdlife that nest on the course seasonally each year.
