Acting as Guardian or Kaitiaki of Burns Park Scenic Reserve; Developing access points for local community use linked by walking routes; Collaborating with Department of Conservation to survey and maintain a safe haven within Burns Reserve for native flora and fauna; Seeking sponsorship and funds to assist the Trust to carry out its charitable purposes; Encouraging sustained engagement and community involvement to Burns Reserve Facilitating visits to Burns Reserve for educational purposes
