To assist Whanganui citizens, particularly young women, to upskill, train or be educated in their chosen skill, occupation or training; To assist charitable organisations and individuals in the relief of poverty particularly in the area defined as Whanganui; To fund medical expenses and technology to assist Whanganui citizens with lifestyle choices for health; To assist animal welfare organisations which are involved in the care of and suppression of animal cruelty against animals particularly such organisations which are practising in Whanganui.
