The Finlay Park Board is responsible to develop and manage the Finlay Park property at Horahora on behalf of the Waikato Baptist Association. The property is to be used to: - Foster, encourage and develop youth and childrens work including groups for Easter camps, spiritual retreats, religious and educational conferences and church and similar functions - For approved religious, educational, social and recreational purposes. - To bring members of constituent churches of the Association into closer social and spiritual fellowship
