3.1. To provide financial assistance out of the Trust’s funds to the further development, maintenance, preservation, restoration and storage of the Dunedin Public Libraries physical and digital heritage collections of books, manuscripts, photographs and other records and any other media of historical significance held by the Dunedin Public Libraries whatever the actual location now or acquired in the future.
