Christian Churches New Zealand Property Trust Board

To hold in trust and manage and administer and preserve and protect for the use of Member Churches all freehold and leasehold lands held for the benefit of Member Churches as detail in the Trust Deed. To hold in Trust and manage all other assets, funds and property both real and personal of whatsoever kind, including responsibility for all contractual agreements, liabilities and the like existing at the establishment of the Trust.
