To advance education through provision of scholarships to tertiary level students studying a degree/diploma related to commercial property and who intend to work in the commercial property sector. Preference to students who demonstrate a financial disadvantage that would render them less able to study but for the provision of financial aid by the scholarship. Scholarship monies to be applied to course fees and ancillary costs which are directly associated with the recipient's property studies.
