Buller West Coast Home Hospice Trust Incorporated

The establishment of a Trust Fund for the Buller West Coast region for the purpose of offering the public the opportunity to contribute to the care of the terminally ill in their own home, and to assist other bodies in the maintenance and improvement of standards of care and treatment of the terminally ill in their own home. To assist families in the Buller West Coast region financially in the care and management of their terminally ill relatives, maintaining them at home for as long as the patient wishes, up to and including death. The Trust aims to contribute towards costs arising for those extra services that may be required over and above those normally met by the West Coast District Health Board, WINZ and other charitable organisations such as the Cancer Society.
