1. To raise awareness of Breast Cancer among Female brass band players in New Zealand. From time to time, male players are welcome as men also get breast cancer 2. To raise funds for Breast Cancer Research. The main recipient is intended to be the Breast Cancer Foundation of New Zealand, for research 3. Support brass players that have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer 4. To make music that puts the spotlight on women playing talent 5. To have a lot of fun making music together 6. Be inclusive
