Bay of Plenty Surgical Research Trust

The trust has the following charitable purposes: 1) The advancement of medical knowledge within the BOP region by: a. providing scholarships and research grants for the purposes of undertaking research b. disseminating results of research sponsored by the Trust to medical personnel c. the promotion and assistance of attendance at surgical training and education courses d. other such means as the Trustees think fit 2) The conduct of approved surgical research trials which have the potential to improve the health of the people in the BOP and the wider NZ community 3) The purchase of equipment which will aid the health of the people of the BOP 4) The improved delivery of health care to the people of the Bay of Plenty
