Providing instruction to the New Zealand public on culture and arts related but not limited to Asian countries. Increasing the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of those cultures by all members of the New Zealand public by providing or facilitating, on a publicly accessible basis lectures, seminars, publications, musical, dance, dramatic or similar performances, presentations, exhibitions or similar events, activities or instruction relating to culture and arts.
