David Macleod

David is a professional director and chartered accountant with extensive dairy and agribusiness experience. He is Chair of Silver Fern Farms and a director of DairyNZ. He was formerly CFO of Fonterra and held senior roles at PwC.

David was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Fonterra and has held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
