Yedarm Church

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund upon trust to pay or apply in New Zealand the income and the capital of the Trust Fund in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions, as the Trustees may decide for all or any of the following purposes to: (a) to continue the operation of a Christian Presbyterian Church mainly consisting of Korean residents in Auckland, New Zealand. (b) to promote and advance Christian religion among the members of the church and others likely to join the church. (c) to hold and manage the property for and on behalf of the church (d) advancement of the gospel in New Zealand by promoting the study of its message of Christian belief; and (e) such other charitable purposes as the Trustees may decide.
