To advance education and promote the participation and representation of women in governance in New Zealand by providing training programmes, workshops, events, mentoring and other initiatives that develop women’s governance skills and advance, promote and support diversity, equity and inclusion in governance; and to conduct, support and disseminate research relating to the advancement of women in governance.
