Capacity and objects of the Company. The Company is constituted for and should only carry out objects for charitable purposes as provided for in the Society Rules and any other charitable purpose which might seem to the Directors capable of being conveniently carried on in connection with the above or which shall directly or indirectly advance the above charitable purposes, including the distribution of surplus funds to any other body which is itself a charity. Without limiting the terms of this
