To provide support and to raise the profile of the Whangaparaoa Community Patrol Charitable Trust and to create safer, more caring communities. To reduce the incidence and effects of criminal offending. To provide resource, support and guidance to the Whangaparaoa Community Patrol members. To respect people of all cultures in Whangaparaoa and environs. To enter into, and maintain a strong working and supportive partnership with the New Zealand Police. To liaise with other organisations and bodies having similar objectives to the Whangaparaoa Community Charitable Trust.
