We give free advice, support and advocacy to people on benefits, NZ Super, or on low incomes when interacting with Government organisations such as work & Income and Inland Revenue. This may involve explaining to them their entitlements, the procedures , assisting with forms, supporting them at appointments, interacting with Managers at Work & Income to sort out any problems, networking or collaborating with other Community Organisations, and referring people to the appropriate organisation depending on their concerns.
