Whanake House Charitable Trust

The purpose of Whanake House and our Vision is to utilise a holistic approach to provide a centralised collection of services targeting all aspects of wellbeing. The group will be targeted towards young people with high functioning disabilities transition from High School into the Community and the Workforce. These young people are typically not captured by other services and have the tendency to fall through the gaps following High School, due to a lack of support & their level of functioning.
