For the benefit of the public in the Region for the following purposes: (a)advance development of a robust technology ecosystemin the Region, including by: i.educating & skilling the public in the Region in relation to technology; ii.fostering development of a technology education system within the Region; (b)encourage the use of, facilitate access to and increase participation in the technological sector for people within Region by coordinating activities between local and central government
