Westgate Baptist Church

To meet regularly for worship, prayer, teaching, encouragement and fellowship. To express the love of God to the community through the ministries of the Word and practical care. In every possible way to seek to make disciples of of Jesus Christ and bring them into the membership of the Church. To engage in the task of mission (see Matthew 28:19-20) giving priority to Baptist work both in New Zealand and overseas, and to the equipping and support of member missionaries.
