For the purposes of the advancement of education by charitable means which may in the Trustees’ absolute discretion be satisfied by the provision of funds and other benefits for the School. Towards the educational, learning, sporting and cultural purposes of the School which shall be charitable purposes and in particular but without limiting the generality of the foregoing: 1. To provide finance for the acquisition of land or facilities or the acquisition, construction or maintenance of buildings used or to be used by the School; 2. To acquire land or facilities or acquire, construct or maintain buildings used or to be used by the School. 3. To assist the Board to preserve, develop and maintain the standards, position, services and facilities of the School and in particular to create opportunities for the School to attract and retain the continuing interest and financial support of a concerned and interested group of supporters.
