Wellington Brass Band Youth Trust

The objects of the Trust are: The advancement in the Wellington area of New Zealand of music and musical education; and - to teach young people in the Wellington area to play brass and percussion instruments; - to provide musical instruments for those young people to play and to give them teaching in musical theory; - to train those young people to a standard that will allow them to become members of the band; - to provide opportunities for those young people to attend workshops, seminars, talks and courses for learning about and developing the playing of brass and percussion instruments; - in appropriate instances, to provide financial assistance to any one or more of those young people to develop the playing of brass or percussion instruments; and - any other activities in keeping with or in connection with these objects.
