Waiuku Zero Waste Limited

Waiuku Zero Waste Limited's purpose is to promote and practically implement the concepts and values of Zero Waste for the Waiuku region by operating the Waiuku Community Recycling Centre under the structure of a local community enterprise. By focusing on re-educating, recovering, repairing, reusing and recycling waste materials we aim to turn these valuable resources into the creation of valuable local jobs, putting back and providing resources back into our community at a very low cost (or free), and empowering the community through ownership of their own community company that operates their own community recycling centre.
