Our club's mission is 'for Waitakere Water Polo Club to be recognised as New Zealand’s most inclusive water polo club and the most significant contributor to the growth of water polo within the community.' and our purpose is 'to develop and grow our members into well rounded athletes, through encouraging knowledge, ability and fun.' In pursuing our purpose, our principles are to empower, encourage and engage.
