The Trustees shall stand possessed of the Trust Fund UPON TRUST to pay or apply within New Zealand so much of the capital and the income thereof as the Trustees think fit for or towards any one or more of the following exclusively charitable objects and purposes which are hereby declared to be objects and purposes of the Trust, namely - to provide for the public of New Zealand as follows: (a) To provide facilities within New Zealand for the conduct of recreation and amateur sport, both indoors and outdoors, for the benefit of the public at large including the public of Waitakere City. (b) To encourage, develop and promote good personal health and welfare through exercise, physical fitness and the training in and playing of team and individual sports including but not limited to amateur rugby, touch and athletics.
