A Marae reserved for the use and enjoyment for all people. To be charitable within New Zealand in accordance with the law of New Zealand. A Marae established for the conduct of family/community gatherings, Land Meetings, Weddings, Birthdays, Tangi, wananga, sporting fixtures, community Development initiatives, religious and social gatherings, also a recognized local civil defense base.
