+To foster growth in young people, educating them to develop personal, community, professional and leadership skills; +To encourage young people to volunteer in charitable, social, environmental, and cultural organisations in the Waikato; +To build capacity in young people to be drivers of social, environmental and cultural change; and +To improve the connectedness of young people (from all backgrounds) with each other and with their community.
