To make donations to incorporated charitable organisations proving community service preferable to the City of Hamilton including but not limited to - Donations for educational, Medical, and scientific research; grants to community organisations providing cultural and artistic benefits to the city of Hamilton; community organisations providing welfare and care to the aged, infirm, or disadvanatged citizens in the community; rescue and other services devoted to saving lives.
