Primary - To be an effective and strategic regional environmental capability and capacity building organisation in the Waikato region for the purposes of creating environmental awareness, forming position statements and stimulating community environmental action with a climate action lens to protect and enhance the local environment and to promote urban sustainability for the benefit of the public in the Waikato community.
