To provide Rugby Union Football in the Tai Tapu and surrounding area but with no fixed boundaries except the Ellesmere Combined Rugby Sub-Union Boundaries. To provide members with facilities for playing Rugby Union Football. To provide such sporting, social and cultural function activities and recreation for the purpose of fostering and advancing the interests of Rugby Union Football. To lease, acquire and improve such property and premises as may be required for carrying out the objects of the Club.
