Waiheke Community Pool Incorporated

(a) Establishing a new community swimming pool that can be used year round; (b) Facilitating discussions amongst key partners for the effective design, development, and construction of a new community swimming pool; (c) Playing a leading role in representing the community's views in relation to the new community swimming pool; (d) Developing and promoting community fundraising initiatives and applying for funding for the community swimming pool; (e) Seeking, accepting, and receiving donations, subsidies, grants, endowments, gifts, and bequests and to raise money by way of loan or any other lawful means for the purposes of establishing and/or operating a community swimming pool for the Waiheke community; (f) Providing the use of swimming facilities to the community on Waiheke Island, including leasing existing facilities and/or establishing new pool facilities and/or partnering with third parties to operate a community swimming pool; and (g) Promoting swimming and pool-based recreation,
