Vic Davis Memorial Trust

The Trusts' first objective is to assist by way of Scholarships any Individual concerned with promoting mental health and interested in investigating the nature, origin, causes, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of mental ill health including mental retardation. The Trust is also set up to promote and encourage research to discover the conditions conducive to mental health and the nature, origin and causes of mental ill health and to disseminate the knowledge gained. The Trusts' second objective is to fund the costs and expenses of candidates for the Rotary Student Exchange Programme. The Trusts' third objective if funding is available after the first and second objectives is to provide funding for crafts person training at the Whakatane Water Wheel Museum. If no such program is in place, then usable income shall be paid to the J R McKenzie Trust for its purposes.
