1. To encourage the development of economic, social and spiritual components of community leadership in the world's mega-cities, with particular emphasis on migrant urban poor communities 2. To be an educational and financial resource organization, for the ongoing tasks of leadership development in migrant poor communities, mega-cities and their environs. 3. To facilitate development of organizations and societies necessary to enter cities as students, artists and businessmen etc, where needed to serve in the development of leadership among the urban poor.
