To provide services for sporting organisations in the Upper Clutha District by way of co-ordinated cost effective governance, administration, advice and management for sport and recreation, and external reporting, dispute resolution, advocacy and generally to promote and encourage sports participation for health welfare and enjoyment of life by residents and visitors.
