Uplift In Kind Charitable Trust

The Trust Purpose is to benefit the community in New Zealand, including by: (a) providing complimentary experiences for unwell or underprivileged children & their families; and (b) doing all other things incidental or secondary to achieving the Purpose. 3.2 The Purpose, & the activities for which the Trust applies the Trust’s funds, are limited to purposes recognised as charitable in New Zealand, but are otherwise (subject to law & the terms of this deed) entirely within Trustee discretion.
