Vision Statement (2008) The Uniting Congregations of Aotearoa New Zealand is a continuing journey of God's people seeking to reflect the essential unity of Christ's Church. This community of Partner Churches and Cooperative Ventures is discovering and living out what it means to be a missional church of Jesus Christ in today's world. Cooperative Ventures are one ecumenical expression of the Partner Churches and reflect a model of partnership. Uniting Congregations of Aotearoa New Zealand continues to encourage the four Partner Churches to seek, wherever possible, to work together to do those things that do not need to be done apart. The Uniting Congregations of Aotearoa New Zealand collects contributions from member churches to cover administration costs, standing committee meeting costs and other associated costs relating to Union Parishes and Cooperative Venture guideline and procedure matters.
