Tuakau and District Museum Society Incorporated

To collect, preserve and record, for the benefit of the citizens of the district of Tuakau, all matter of historical interest. To provide and maintain suitable housing for such material and other assorted matter as the Society shall have in its keeping. To undertake and encourage research into historical matters. To record the results of historical research and publish books, pamphlets and bulletins on historical subjects. To encourage a public appreciation of places, and things of general historic interest.
