About
The purpose and mission of the Titirangi Volunteer Fire Brigade, is to: 1. Be efficient in organisation, staffing, equipment, discipline and training as a Brigade; meeting or exceeding the requirements for protection of the first pump response area from fire, and to be able to apply those skills and resources to assist at those and other types of emergencies. 2. To become registered with Fire Emergency New Zealand and United Fire Brigades Association as a volunteer fire brigade. 3. To undertake fire safety activities, the suppression and extinction of fire, the protection of life and property and rendering of humanitarian assistance in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement of Service. 4. To promote the safety and welfare of its Members in the course of their duties within the Brigade. 5. To undertake any activity which a body corporate may lawfully undertake to achieve the objects of the Brigade and Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
