The Wellington RSA Welfare Trust Fund

(a) To provide for any NZ Veterans and their whanau (including whanau of deceased NZ veterans) in need including without limitation the provision of welfare and medical assistance, irrespective of any connection with the RSA or not; (b) To assist aged or infirm or disabled indigent persons. (c) To assist any public charity or any organisation dispensing charity or relieving or caring for the aged or sick or infirm. (d) To contribute to any medical research fund or to any school fund or to the education of any person or persons. (e) For other charitable purposes as defined in the Charities Act 2005, or in any Act passed in substitution for the said Act. (f) The purpose of the Trust Fund shall in all cases be limited to within New Zealand.
