The Trevor Wilson Charitable Trust (No 2)

The Trustees hold the Trust Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and, subject to clause 4.2, the available income of the Trust Fund, exclusively for St John and Presbyterian Support, or for the stated charitable objects or purposes of those organisations, or anything incidental to those objects or purposes, so long as it provides a material benefit to the Mid-Canterbury provincial region in New Zealand and its residents.
