At The River Ōpāwaho we are a community of diverse people walking alongside one another on the life-long journey of faith and discipleship. We believe that everyone is has been created with the unique personality, wiring, giftings, passions and strengths to bring God's Kingdom* to hearts, habitats and humanity, and it is our great privilege to facilitate a variety of organised and organic spaces that: - grow people's relationship with Jesus - provide sound biblical teaching, worship and connection with the Holy Spirit - promotes personal wholeness that recognises and utilises the framework provided within the model of 'te whare tapa whā' - provide peer and pastoral support through the different stages of life/life events - foster a sense of belonging (within the four spaces of belonging framework) - inspire, empower and equip people to pursue their God-given purpose
