The Rex and Betty Coker Foundation

This Trust was established by deed on 4th August 2000 by Clara Betty Kirk Coker. It is to be held in perpetuity and to pay the net annual income to the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research. The Trustees entered into a Deed of Variation on 15th October 2015 for 20% of the net income to be capitalised for the first 80 years from the date of the Deed.
