The Trust is for the benefit of former students of St Andrew’s College Christchurch, and former residents of the Boys Presbyterian Orphanage, Christchurch, to assist in further study. Under the Presbyterian Church Property Amendment Act 1996, funds held for the benefit of those cared for in Presbyterian orphanages can be used for the welfare of children in New Zealand.
